If your file is a PDF, the best way to fix this issue is to log out, then log back into Google (this would include any service, like Gmail, Google Drive, GCalendar, etc). This is because we use Google to open your PDF.
If your file is an Office-type Document (Presentation, Word Document, or Spreadsheet), it may be that too many people are trying to access documents on Blendspace in your school simultaneously. Try accessing the document again in a few minutes to see if that helps.
If your file's type isn't recognized, we won't be able to open it, and instead will offer lesson viewers a means to download it.
