Why do students need to belong to a class to use Help Requests in my Lesson?

Help Requests are a very important part of the lesson tracker, so why do you need to have a class in order to use them?

We want students to be able to use this feature to start a dialogue, but we also know that not all canvas viewers are your students. You may have a lesson that is shared with other teachers and their students or with the Blendspace community in general.

If you received hundreds of help requests, you wouldn't be able to tell which were from your students and which were from regular Blendspace users (we can't give the names of students who aren't linked to teachers for privacy reasons), and the information wouldn't be useful to determine if your class needs to focus on particular material.

Students also would use this feature to ask their teacher for help, and if their teacher doesn't have their name they won't get the help they deserve.
