My uploaded video won't play. It says it is an unsupported format.

Blendspace supports playing videos uploaded or imported from Dropbox or Google Drive with the following formats:

M4V: The recommended encoding options for standard and mobile browsers are: H.264 Baseline Profile Level 3.0 video, up to 640 x 480 at 30 fps. Note that B frames are not supported in the Baseline profile. AAC-LC audio, up to 48 kHz.

OGV: The Vorbis and Theora codecs appear to have full support. (Not supported by Safari)

WEBMV: The Vorbis and VP8 codecs appear to have full support. (Not supported by Safari)

FLV: The FLA/FLV format is supported by the Flash fallback.

If you have a video on a different format you can use one of the encoders below to convert it to a supported format.
